Two words: Life-Saver. As a realtor, I can honestly say Stephen (Whitt Inspections) is one of thee most kind, honest and incredible people I have worked with in this industry. Truly. I have worked with dozens and dozens of inspectors over the years and he genuinely cares about the people he works with. My clients love him and...I too, have used Whitt Inspections for my own personal home purchase. Stephen goes above and beyond. He takes the time to explain to clients (myself included) what the issues are, what needs to be addressed without Catastrophizing the problem by explaining it in laymen's terms. Stephen returns calls, emails, and text messages very quickly and is excellent at working with other parties involved in the real estate transaction to expedite and/or clarify issues that need to be worked out. I have worked with big name inspection companies and even smaller companies and I have yet to get the service I received with Whitt Inspections. I have experienced nightmare stories where inspectors would not return to the property after an initial inspection to clear repairs for insurance/loan approval and clients miss their deadline and lose their loan rate and one client also lost the home purchase. Deadlines are critical in real estate and having Stephen assist with my own home purchase (with very tight timelines) he went above and beyond to make sure he helped get us to the finish line.I very rarely take the time to write such an extensive review but in this circumstance I want those reading this to know how incredibly happy I am for having recommended (and used) Whitt Inspections for multiple real estate transaction. Competition in this field is steep and everyone knows “someone” but creditable and personable companies are truly not easy to come by, Whitt Inspections is definitely one of the very few. - 7/19/2020

Whitt Inspections is an amazing and thorough home inspection company. Mr. Stephen Whit and his inspectors thoroughly exceeded my expectations. Stephen went out of their way to answer my concerns and walked me through the process. He was always available.The printed report he provided not only outlined issues specific to the home, but also provide an understanding of how the problem originated and the potential difficulties, they could present if not corrected. Because of this inspection, I am confident that we will be buying a home that is safe and secureYour service is one of the best values for the money I have experienced.
