Whitt home inspection was the best money I've spent for a complete and thorough inspection.
The inspection report was so comprehensive and informative, which really help me make an informed decision about the condition of the property.
There is an old saying and it goes, "beauty is skin deep but ugly...ugly is to the bone". This applies to homes as well and I appreciate knowing what I don't know.
Knowing the ugly is more important than the beauty that you see.
I will definitely use Whitt Home Inspection again.

Would highly recommend Stephen and Whitt Inspections. Extremely professional and goes the extra mile to make sure you understand the house/property you are purchasing.

If I make another house purchase in the future, I will be reaching back out to Stephen to inspect it. I have already referred him to family members as well, the highest compliment I can give.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Stephen and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. As a meticulous and detail-oriented individual, Stephen brought a level of precision and thoroughness to the inspection process that was truly impressive.

He demonstrated a keen eye for detail, meticulously scouring every nook and cranny of the property to identify even the smallest issues. His fastidious nature was evident in every aspect of the inspection, from the initial walk-through to the final report. It's clear that he takes pride in his work and strives for perfection, which is a testament to his exceptional work ethic.

What really stood out, however, was his availability and willingness to accommodate our needs. Whenever we had questions or concerns, Stephen was always just a phone call away, ready to provide guidance and advice. His responsiveness was impeccable, and he never hesitated to revisit the property to address any additional concerns we may have had.

His meticulous approach, combined with his exceptional communication skills, made the entire process surprisingly stress-free. He took the time to explain his findings, providing us with a comprehensive understanding of the property's condition and offering valuable advice on how to address any issues that arose.

In short, Stephen is a consummate professional who embodies the qualities of a true perfectionist. His meticulous attention to detail, combined with his exceptional customer service skills, make him the gold standard for home inspectors. If you're looking for a thorough and reliable inspection, look no further than Stephen. He's a true asset to the industry, and we feel fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with him.

If you're in need of a home inspector who is meticulous, thorough, and dedicated to providing exceptional service, look no further than Stephen. He's a true professional who will exceed your expectations and provide you with the peace of mind that comes with knowing you've made an informed decision.

Professional, Honest, Caring & Attentive to detail... What else could you ask for in a Home Inspector? Stephen checked all those marks and completely surpassed our expectations. He was able to squeeze us into his busy schedule during this crazy hot real-estate market in Florida and made everything so smooth and streamlined (with us purchasing our home remotely from Texas). He kept us aware of the entire process and was a pleasure to work with.

The inspection report came back super quickly and was very detailed; it included photos, recommendations, life expectancies and so much more information. Thanks to his detailed reports, the home sellers had to make some last minute repairs to the house that helped ensured our family resided in a safe home before we moved in. We were also able to save a few hundred dollars on our homeowners insurance because of the Windstorm Mitigation report he suggested. He recommended us a local company to do a termite inspection and took care of setting up the appointment with them to coordinate with his inspection date and time he had already set up with the sellers to avoid too much disruption on them (made sure both parties were happy at all times, us and the sellers) which can sometimes be hard to achieve.

We couldn't be more happy with an Inspector and Inspection company like Steven & Whitt Inspections. They have gone above and beyond and we will surely recommend them to everyone we know. Best decision we ever made in our home purchasing process, as we now have true peace of mind for years to come. Thanks for everything Stephen!
