According to the last census in 2010, the population of Seffner was 7,579 people. While that is still a small number, it is actually growing quickly, considering that the previous census in 2000 recorded just 5,467 residents. While the population has always been relatively small, the area has seen a big increase in recent years, and is likely to continue steady growth. A previously rural area, Seffner has seen numerous housing developments and retail continue to enter the market.
