Whitt Inspections is an amazing and thorough home inspection company. Mr. Stephen Whit and his inspectors thoroughly exceeded my expectations. Stephen went out of their way to answer my concerns and walked me through the process. He was always available.The printed report he provided not only outlined issues specific to the home, but also provide an understanding of how the problem originated and the potential difficulties, they could present if not corrected.
